Liftkeys: high strength, precise adjustment and reliable staggered stopping performance.
Fully Compliant with EN 81-20/EN 81-50 International Elevator Safety Standards
Step safety device with a maximum capacity P+Q 2600 kg total load and a high mechanical strength hot forged steel body with a declared speed of up to 1.75 m/s, developed for the purpose of safely stopping the cab and counterweight in elevators.
The LKS F1 06B Series One-Way Step Safety Device has been developed to safely stop the cab and counterweight in elevators. The maximum capacity can be used at values of P+Q 2600 kg total load and 1.75 m/s declared speed.
The gripping and stopping surfaces of the safety device have undergone special heat treatment. Steel shafts were used in the system to ensure smooth movement of the mechanism with low friction.
In addition, the recoil spring has a design that can adjust the spring stiffness to suit different floor heights and operating conditions.
Thanks to a stop gap of 4.5 mm and a grip surface of 2.5 mm, it is possible to make precise and easy installation and field adjustments.
At the final stage, the adjustment of the safety device is made specifically according to the total mass P+Q and the nominal speed of the elevator. Product settings are determined in accordance with the weight of the cabin and operating conditions, taking into account the load stages of 200 kg. Each product is manufactured in a traceable way with a serial number in order to ensure production and quality tracking.

Resetting friction during normal cruising ensures that the brake blocks grip the rail within milliseconds at the moment of emergency triggering.
The special hardened lug surface of 2.5 mm in contact with the rail surface increases the wear resistance to the maximum level, ensuring a long service life.
